Everyone needs encouragement; everyone has potential to be a leader. Success is not far from the reach of every individual on the planet. My assignment in life is to make this a living reality in all I meet. I have carried this conviction in my heart for the greater part of my life until I made it my personal ambition to encourage, motivate, empower and equip those I come in contact with. I have been speaking on public platforms for almost 20 years and this has given me great satisfaction as I see the fruit of the mandate. I speak on Personal Success and Leadership, with the vision of helping people break through the barriers that prevent them from becoming all they dream and envision for their lives. Through the talks, I encourage people to see beyond their current circumstances, whether good or undesirable, and see the possibilities of a greater, more exciting, meaningful and fulfilling future. I believe that “impossible” is only a word in the dictionary which should never stop people from realising their dreams, anything can happen when people believe.

Many people are dissatisfied with the
current state of their lives and feel there could be more for them to
accomplish. They are unhappy with what they have achieved or they may even feel
they are missing the reason for their existence completely and need help in
getting on the right track. Some people even feel trapped in the reality of the
choices they made in their lives, careers and relationships and may even find
themselves depressed without a way out.
It has been my passion to see people live a purposeful
life and be fulfilled in their pursuit for happiness. My Life Coaching focuses
on helping people identify what is important to them, what they want to achieve
and work towards achieving their goals. I draw from my training in Psychology,
Ministry training, experience of over a decade in pastoral counselling,
relationship and marriage counselling, as well as mentoring and coaching people
from all walks of life.The one-on-one coaching sessions have proved
to be very valuable and rewarding experience.
Jay-Jay Ngwenya has been involved in music
since he was 6 years old. Having grown up in a musical family, he sang and played
musical instruments for the family group “The Spiritual Singers” a group made
up of his mother, brother and 5 sisters. They have travelled together and sang
in conferences, crusades and many churches around South Africa and neighbouring
countries. With this experience was birthed a passion for music which caused
Jay-Jay to develop this gift into a powerful tool of ministry.
As a songwriter, music producer, worship
leader and stage musician, Jay-Jay continues to take music to the next level,
always experimenting with new sounds and working with many different artists in
many genres of music.
His music is contemporary and multi-generational,
able to attract audiences from all walks of life, with his music being
appreciated by audiences on national and international stages. He also performs
at private functions, parties and weddings and travelling with a band. His debut album, entitled ‘All about Him’,
is heard on South African national, local and community radio stations.
